We are an established legal practitioner, specialising in several areas of law, one of which is consumer law and in particular the recovery of unfair bank charges.

Unlike the majority of companies recovering bank charges, we are legally qualified to do so. We have specialist konwledge and experience of the law surrounding the whole issue of unfair charges. As a law firm, we are regulated by the law society and the solicitors regulation authority and our clients can as such be reassured of our professionalism and integrity.

As this area of law is changing all of the time, it is necessary to keep up to date with any developments. We are constantly reviewing all charges made to protect our clients’ best interests.

We have specialist experience of taking cases successfully through the Court system and at present we are acting on behalf of a large number of clients through the County Court system.

At the present time we have a 100% record of concluding cases successfully. As this area of law is our speciality we do not expect this record to diminish.

As a legal practice regulated by the Law Society and the solicitors regulation authority we have complaints procedures in place in the event that a client has a complaint to make. This ensures all matters of complaint can be resolved.
